Meeting Minutes from January 15, 2009
Present at the Meeting:
Stiney Vonderhaar, Catherine Hartman, Jim Bothe, Pat Casey, and Jim Owens
Topics Discussed:
- Motion made to accept meeting minutes form Nov 20th as printed.
- Bo and Jim O. met Matheson at Griffin Preserve. Should plan to spray wildflower meadow in early April and hillside (honeysuckle) in the Fall.
- Catherine had Griffin Preserve history outline completed. Plan to print, laminate, and post on signboard.
- Hillside located at lower part of creek trail to be leveled off some and drain tile replaced this winter pending service department availability.
- Spring volunteer day discussed for May 9th or 16th. Jim O to check phi and scout availability.
- Plan to reschedule future meetings for 3rd Thursday of the month at 11:30am.
Action Items:
- Confirm wildflower meadow and honeysuckle spray project with contractor.
- Post history outline on signboard.
